Consulting Overview:
CUSTOM SAUNA PLANS
Our design package is created to help you complete a sauna from start to finish on your property, with local labor, and locally sourced materials (where available).
This package has three phases:
PHASE 1 - DESIGN:
- 1-hour Zoom Call kickoff
- Sauna Designing Best practices: How to create a sauna that functions well.
- Design choices for Window, Benches, siding stove
- 2-4 hours of Cedar & Stone Team design time for your renderings
- Outcome: 3D design rendering for your sauna space provided to you.
PHASE 2 - MATERIALS:
- 1-hour Zoom Call kickoff
- Sauna Materials Best Practices: How to Use Materials that last in your sauna.
- Consult on proper materials sourcing Budget breakdown for all materials
- Provide recommendations on stoves and sauna-specific materials which can be purchased directly from Cedar & Stone or other vendors.
- 2-4 hours of regional sourcing support.
- Outcome: Full budget breakdown and materials list for you to review and purchase.
PHASE 3 - BUILD:
- 1-hour Zoom Call kickoff
- Sauna Building Best Practices: The 5 things you should never do when building a sauna.
- 2-4 hours of consultation with local carpenters, contractors, and laborers.
- Outcome: The assurance your sauna is getting built well and your contractors are saving time figuring out the answers of how to do things right.
Throughout the process you will have access to our team for additional phone calls and meetings. Most of the calls and questions happen along the way as the build progresses.
